7. Hosting Services
Hosting services are provided month-to-month or annually as agreed. We strongly recommend maintaining your own backups. We may suspend hosting for non-payment or Terms violations after notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question during the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach, non-payment, or illegal use.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation before formal legal action.
